Approved outlet feeds are scanned on a schedule. When semantic clustering is enabled, we use Voyage embeddings to merge similar headlines in the same batch before anything expensive runs — keeping discovery and dedupe cost-efficient.
Daily budgets and observability
Automation runs under explicit SEK budgets and per-day provider caps. Partial runs, guardrail blocks, and RSS discovery outcomes are visible on the admin finance and automation surfaces so operators can see what happened before any wider rollout.
Master Stories and editorial review
Cross-outlet synthesis is generated as a draft, reviewed in the admin queue, and only published after an editor completes the workflow. Public pages never show drafts.
